INCREPA IN OMNI PATIENTIA 2 Timothy 4

IN PRAEDICANDO PATIENTIAE S.
Ut lentos ducit repens testudo la[?]ertos
Tardaque vix stimuli pellitur ista metu
Sic hominum vita est vitiorum collita visco
Stertit, et in longas restitat usque moras
Hoc agite exemplis hortari, et pergite voce,
Qui testudo fuit, Daedalus esse potest.

praedica verbum, insta opportune, importune : argue, obsecra, increpa in omni patientia, et doctrina.
Preach the word: be instant in season, out of season: reprove, entreat, rebuke in all patience and doctrine.
2 Timothy 4.2

Et murmur multum erat in turba de eo. Quidam enim dicebant : Quia bonus est. Alii autem dicebant : Non, sed seducit turbas.
And there was much murmuring among the multitude concerning him. For some said: He is a good man. And others said: No, but he seduceth the people.
