DICITUR ANTIQUIS NON OCCIDAS SED ET IRA :. NON TE COMMOVEAT LEX NOVA VERBA FERAT.

Desine ab ira, et derelinque furorem; noli aemulari ut maligneris.
Cease from anger, and leave rage; have no emulation to do evil
Psalms 36.8
