Give praise, O ye heavens, and rejoice, O earth, ye mountains, give praise with jubilation: because the Lord hath comforted his people, and will have mercy on his poor ones.

CONSOLABOR EOS ET LETIFICABOR A DOLORE
Tunc laetabitur virgo in choro, juvenes et senes simul : et convertam luctum eorum in gaudium, et consolabor eos, et laetificabo a dolore suo.
Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, the young men and old men together: and I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them joyful after their sorrow.
Jeremiah 31.13
NAUM LOQUETUR PACEM GENTIBUS
And I will destroy the chariot out of Ephraim, and the horse out of Jerusalem, and the bow for war shall be broken: and he shall speak peace to the Gentiles, and his power shall be from sea to sea, and from the rivers even to the end of the earth.
