Destruction and unhappiness in their ways: and the way of peace they have not known: there is no fear of God before their eyes
Psalm 13.3
FESTINANT UT EFFUNDANT SANGUINEM
Pedes eorum ad malum currunt, et festinant ut effundant sanguinem innocentem; cogitationes eorum cogitationes inutiles, vastitas et contritio in viis eorum.
Their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are unprofitable thoughts: wasting and destruction are in their ways.
